Your glaze, your logo, your shape.
Four levels of customisation, four logo methods and four packaging options. Mix them to fit your brand, quantity and deadline.
You can add a logo to our shapes from 50 pieces, develop a custom glaze from 200, or create a new shape from 300. Every level starts with a sample you approve.
Levels of customisation
Higher levels take longer and need larger runs, because they include glaze development or a prototype.
| Level | What you get | Minimum order | Lead time | Sample before production |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stock range | Our shapes in any library glaze | 24 pcs per shape | 2–3 weeks | Glaze tiles or a stock piece |
| Stock + your logo | Our shapes with your logo or artwork applied | 50 pcs per design | 3–4 weeks | One decorated sample |
| Custom glaze | A glaze developed to match your colour reference | 200 pcs per glaze | 5–7 weeks | Test tiles in 2–3 variations |
| Custom shape | A new form drawn to your dimensions and capacity | 300 pcs per shape | 7–10 weeks | Prototype for sign-off |
Indicative minimums and lead times, counted from sample approval. Your quote confirms the exact numbers for your order.
Logo and decoration methods
Choose from your artwork. Every method here is fired, so the mark lasts as long as the piece.
| Method | Best for | Look | Colours | From |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fired-on ceramic decal | Detailed logos, multi-colour artwork, photographs | Crisp, flat, sits on the glaze | Full colour | 50 pcs |
| Screen printing | Bold one- or two-colour logos at volume | Clean solid colour | 1–2 colours | 100 pcs |
| Clay stamp (debossed) | Subtle branding on the base or wall | Pressed into the clay, glaze pools in the mark | Tone-on-tone | 200 pcs |
| Hand-painted underglaze | Names, short messages, artisanal motifs | Hand-drawn, softly sealed under glaze | Limited palette | 25 pcs |
Custom glaze development
Bring a fabric swatch, a paint chip, a Pantone code or a piece you love. We develop a glaze to match it on your chosen body.
Send your reference
A physical sample is best; a Pantone reference works too.
Test tiles
We fire two or three variations on the real clay body.
Approve and record
You approve one tile. We log the recipe and keep the tile as your reference.
Produce and match
Production and every reorder are checked against that tile.
Custom shapes
Draw a profile in the Design Studio or send a dimensioned drawing. We confirm feasibility, capacity and weight before making a prototype.
Brief
Dimensions, capacity, use and quantity.
Technical review
Wall thickness, weight and firing behaviour checked.
Prototype
A real piece in your glaze for sign-off.
Production
Made and checked against the approved prototype.
Packaging
Plan packaging with the pieces. Printed boxes can take as long as the ceramics.
