Orders follow seven steps: brief, quote, sample approval, production, quality check, dispatch and reorder. Each piece is formed, dried, bisque fired, glazed, fired again and checked against your approved reference.

Glaze tiles, a decorated piece or a prototype. Nothing is made at volume before you approve it.

Pieces are formed, fired, glazed and decorated to the approved spec.

Bulk cartons, retail boxes or gift packs, shipped to one address or many.

Stage 1 of 9Clay is prepared
The form is thrown
The clay is centred on the wheel and pulled up into a cylinder, then shaped. Moulded shapes are pressed or cast to the same specification.
Trimmed and dried
At leather-hard, the foot is trimmed and handles attached. Pieces then dry slowly to prevent warping and cracks.
Bisque firing
A first firing turns fragile dried clay into hard, porous ceramic that can take glaze.
Glazed and fired again
Glaze is applied by dipping or spraying, the foot is wiped clean, and a second, hotter firing fuses glass to clay.
Checked against your reference
Each piece is compared with your approved reference for colour, dimensions, rim and foot finish, and glaze defects.
Packed for the journey
Pieces are wrapped and packed in divided cartons, retail boxes or gift packs, labelled by SKU and glaze.
Dispatched
Cartons ship across India by courier or freight, to one address or to every recipient on your list.
In service
The cup reaches the counter, the plate reaches the pass, the gift reaches the desk. Reorders match because the spec is on file.
