Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on how much is custom. Stock shapes in library glazes start at 24 pieces per shape; adding your logo starts at 50; a custom glaze at 200; a new shape at 300. Your quote confirms the exact MOQ.
How do I get a quote?
Add products to your quote list, or design a piece in the Studio, then send the request with your quantity, city and target date. We reply with pricing, MOQ, lead time and sampling options.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. Order a sample kit of glaze tiles and best-selling shapes, or request a decorated or prototype sample for your design. Production starts only after you approve a sample.
Do you supply small businesses?
Yes. Many orders come from single cafés, boutique stays and small brands. Stock shapes with your logo are the most economical starting point.
Customisation
Can you put our logo on ceramics?
Yes. We offer fired-on decals, screen printing, debossed clay stamps and hand-painted underglaze. The right method depends on your artwork, colours and quantity.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) works best, with Pantone references for brand colours. High-resolution PNG files can work for decals.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes, through custom glaze development. We fire test tiles in two or three variations for you to approve before production.
Can you make a shape to our drawing?
Yes. Send dimensions, a drawing or a profile from our Design Studio. We make a prototype for sign-off before production.
Quality
Why do handmade glazes vary?
Glaze colour responds to thickness, form, and position in the kiln. We control variation by approving a reference sample with you and checking every batch against it — but no two handmade pieces are identical.
How do you make sure reorders match?
We keep the approved reference sample and the glaze record for every order and compare new production against them.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
This depends on the specific body, glaze and decoration. Each product's spec sheet states what has been verified for that SKU; ask us before assuming any care property.
Shipping & payment
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We dispatch across India by courier or surface freight depending on volume. Freight is quoted with your order.
What are the payment terms?
Typically an advance to start production and the balance before dispatch. Your quote states the exact terms.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, GST invoices are issued for business orders.
What if something arrives broken?
Photograph the carton and the damaged pieces on arrival and send them to us within 48 hours. We will arrange replacements as set out in your order terms.
